Carmelo Tomas is a second generation on-site real estate developer experienced in all aspects of development ranging from renovations to custom-built homes and commercial properties.  

Working his way up the ranks of his father's company, J. Tomas & Sons, of Wilton, CT, it wasn't long before Carmelo was running his own projects. Taking the experience and work ethic that his father instilled in him, he  soon after started CJT Builders LLC in 2002. 

With over 30 years of building experience, his craftsmanship and artistry are surpassed by none.  A meticulous attention to detail combined with extensive knowledge of all building components make him one of the top professionals in the field.
